Vinyasa is characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using breath.


Vinyasa yoga can be described as movement linked with breath. It’s a dynamic practice that’s often more playful than other styles, and we love it for its ability to lift the heart rate and help clients slip into a moving meditation that benefits the body and mind.

Designed to progressively open the body, each sequence in a vinyasa yoga class builds upon the previous, evolving into more profound, more advanced postures as the practice unfolds.
