PILATES

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and a combination of muscle strength and endurance movements.

This practice places emphasis on proper postural alignment, core strength, muscle balance, flexibility and breathing.

Classes

We offer classes at two locations, including Be Well and Cycle 360.

Our classes at Be Well are small, so we can focus on each individual, allowing for a low-impact, full-body workout specific to your needs
