Any of our clients suffer from issues that require maintenance (back pain, knee pain, balance and flexibility problems). We offer in-house Pilates group classes that are not only fun but bespoke to your needs. The classes are small, allowing us to adjust and adapt the movements for each individual. The classes are also filled with the most wonderful people. We laugh, breathe and burn together!
