About Sanchia

Sanchia Newman is a passionate women’s health physiotherapist, Pilates instructor, and founder of Be Well Physiotherapy & The Pelvic Health Project in the Isle of Man.

With over 10 years’ experience in physiotherapy, Sanchia specialises in supporting women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and beyond. After her own motherhood journey highlighted the lack of specialist pelvic health support locally, she trained with leading women’s health physiotherapists in London to bring advanced assessment and rehabilitation services — including ‘Mummy MOT’ and internal pelvic floor assessments — to the Island.

Known for her warm, relatable, and supportive approach, Sanchia creates a safe, judgement-free space where women feel heard, understood, and empowered in their bodies.

Through her clinics, classes, and workshops, she helps women rebuild strength, confidence, and connection to their bodies — so they can move well, live fully, and feel like themselves again.
