New Evening Pilates Classes at Be Well

Be Well is super excited to announce that brand new evening Pilates classes are now on the timetable permanently at Be Well.

Join Lirika every Thursday evening at 18:00 or 19:00 for a 50-minute mat Pilates class designed to help you move well, build strength and feel more confident in your body.

Whether you are completely new to Pilates, returning to exercise, managing aches and pains, rebuilding strength, or simply looking for a supportive weekly movement class, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.

Pilates at Be Well is Different

At Be Well, Pilates is about so much more than just movement.

Our classes are supportive, beginner-friendly and physio-informed, with a focus on helping you move safely and confidently. The aim is not to push your body beyond its limits, but to help you understand it, strengthen it and feel more connected to it.

These Thursday evening classes are perfect if you want to:

  • build strength and stability
  • improve posture, mobility and flexibility
  • support your pelvic floor and core connection
  • move in a safe, calm and encouraging environment
  • create a regular routine that supports your wellbeing
  • return to movement after pregnancy, injury or time away from exercise

Meet Lirika

Lirika brings a warm, supportive and calming energy to Be Well, and we are so excited for clients to experience her classes.

Her approach fits beautifully with the Be Well ethos: movement should feel safe, supportive and confidence-building. These classes are not about perfection. They are about helping you reconnect with your body, build strength gradually and feel good while doing it.
